Shelley is a life-long traveler. Living in the St. Louis, Missouri area since she was born, gave her and her parents the ability to travel within
2-3 days of each coast. Each year they would take a two week driving trip to somewhere in the lower 48 states, Canada or Mexico, which instilled a passion for exploring other places and cultures. When she turned 40, she was able to visit her 50th US state. Shelley also has been to 38 of the 66 US National Parks, and 23 foreign countries (so far!). She specializes in Fully Independent Travel (FIT), customizing each trip for the discerning adventurer, but can assist with anything from a three-day weekend getaway to island honeymoons, etc.
Over the past 30 years besides traveling, she has been a wife since 1992; stay-at-home mom to two, now grown, daughters; high-school reunion coordinator; church newsletter writer & editor; soda-jerk; waitress; Varsity softball and Varsity track & field team mom; and antique store junkie.
